Are you ready to quit dieting and start eating for better health?

Diet is a 4-letter word and can be as offensive as cursing. Have you ever gone on a diet, only to end up feeling hungry and disappointed with the results? Maybe even gaining all the weight back you lost (and more)? My answer is yes. I have tried a few radical diets in the past to only end up hungry, irritable, and suffering with joint pain. Not to mention I didn’t lose any weight.

There are many so-called “quick fixes” that promise to deliver weight loss. If you manage to lose weight with a restrictive diet, it’s quite possible you may be losing muscle and not fat or simply shedding water weight. Fat loss and lean muscle mass preservation are only achievable with a more sensible and sustainable approach.

Instead of hard-to-follow diet rules, you need easy-to-implement eating and lifestyle habits. The easier a habit is, the easier it is to stack OTHER habits on top of it. This allows you to change your eating habits (without feeling like you’ve made any big changes at all). An easy way to start is to replace a simple carbohydrate with a complex one or choose healthier fresh options over processed foods.
